Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Software & Development Milestones
Custom software development projects are billed according to signed Statement of Work (SOW) sprint milestones. Initial project discovery fees and completed sprint deliveries that have received sign-off are non-refundable.
2. Subscription SaaS & Elyfy ERP Licenses
For monthly or annual cloud subscription plans, cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. If an institution cancels within the first 14 days of an annual contract, a prorated refund (minus setup fees) may be issued upon technical review.
3. Hardware & AI Robot Orders (Ely Buddy)
Ely Buddy hardware reservations and pre-orders are 100% refundable prior to production assembly and shipping dispatch. Once dispatched, returns are accepted within 7 days in original packaging for manufacturing defect replacements.

To submit a cancellation or inquiry, please email our billing guild at hello@elyfy.in referencing your institutional contract ID or invoice number.
